Hyperdrive ("Hyperdrive," "we," "us," or "our") is an independently developed application designed to enhance your music playback experience, primarily through integration with Apple Music.

Hyperdrive does not require you to create a Hyperdrive account.
We do not intentionally collect or maintain a database of personally identifiable information about our users. Hyperdrive does not sell personal information, rent personal information, or use personal information for advertising profiles.
Hyperdrive may access information necessary to provide its features, including information made available through Apple's music services and frameworks.

2. Apple Music
Hyperdrive integrates with Apple Music using Apple's APIs and frameworks.
When you authorize Hyperdrive to access Apple Music, Apple controls the underlying Apple Account, Apple Music subscription, payment, and account information associated with your Apple services.
Hyperdrive does not receive or store your Apple Account password or payment information.
Hyperdrive does not independently maintain a database of your Apple Music listening history or use your Apple Music activity to build an advertising or behavioral profile.
Your use of Apple Music remains subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
3. Third-Party and Open APIs
Hyperdrive may communicate with third-party or publicly available APIs to provide supplemental information, such as:
- Lyrics
- Additional music metadata
- Other information used to enhance the currently playing music experience
These services are operated independently from Hyperdrive.
Hyperdrive does not intentionally send your Apple Account credentials, payment information, or other sensitive personal information to these services.
However, when your device makes a network request to a third-party service, that service may receive technical information associated with the request, such as your IP address, device/network information, timestamps, or other information normally provided through Internet communications.
The privacy practices of those third-party services are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of services used by Hyperdrive where appropriate.
4. On-Device Processing and Apple Frameworks
Hyperdrive may use Apple's system frameworks and machine-learning or intelligence capabilities to provide application features.
Where processing is performed on your device, the relevant information is processed locally according to the capabilities and behavior of Apple's framework.
Hyperdrive does not intentionally use these capabilities to create or maintain a separate personal profile about you.
Apple's handling of information associated with its frameworks and services is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and documentation.
5. Information Stored on Your Device
Hyperdrive may store information locally on your device that is necessary for the application to function.
This may include:
- Application preferences and settings
- Theme and appearance preferences
- Cached artwork or music-related content
- Application state
- Other locally stored data required for application functionality
This information is stored on your device unless otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
Hyperdrive does not maintain a centralized user database containing this locally stored information.
6. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
Hyperdrive does not intentionally collect personal information for advertising purposes.

7. App Store and Subscriptions
If Hyperdrive offers paid features, subscriptions, or other purchases through the Apple App Store, Apple processes the transaction.
Hyperdrive does not receive your full payment card information.
Information associated with App Store purchases, subscriptions, Apple Accounts, billing, and payment processing is handled by Apple according to Apple's applicable policies.
Hyperdrive may receive limited information necessary to determine whether a feature or subscription is available to you.
8. Children's Privacy
Hyperdrive is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You can control Hyperdrive's access to Apple Music through the privacy and permission settings provided by Apple and your device.
You may also:
- Revoke Hyperdrive's Apple Music permissions
- Delete Hyperdrive from your device
- Clear locally stored application data through the applicable device controls
- Stop using third-party services accessed through Hyperdrive
Revoking permissions or deleting the application may prevent certain Hyperdrive features from functioning.
11. Data Deletion Requests
Because Hyperdrive does not maintain a centralized database of user personal information, there may be little or no personal information for us to delete from our systems.
